安心就學措施

一、申請資格

依據中央流行疫情指揮中心公告辦理。

二、證明文件

確診隔離書或其他可供佐證之證明文件。

三、開學選課及修課

  1. 開學日期:112213
  2. 第一輪加退選時間訂為11227日至10,第二輪加退選時間訂為112217日至21,請參考111學年度第2學期選課時
  3. 延遲入校境外新生,請盡速開通校園帳號,並主動與國際暨兩岸事務處、所屬學系以及修課之授課教師保持聯繫,以利線上學習。
  4. 赴境外修讀雙聯學位、或參與實習等計畫是否持續,請洽各學系及國際暨兩岸事務處(或職產處)估是否保留或延長資格。
  5. 學生如主動要求赴境外研修或實習,請洽各學系及國際暨兩岸事務處(或職產處)簽定出國研/實習自負聲明書。
  6. 無法赴境外實習或研修者,請於加退選規定期限內自行上網選課,如未達最低學分數或當期必修課程未順利選上者,請洽各學系及教務處綜合業務組共同協助。
  7. 特殊個案得經申請獲准後,不受每學期最低學分數限制。
  8. 學生須於上課日(112213)起,依所修課程每週教學進度學習,如有疑問請盡速與所屬學系聯絡。
  9. 學生請盡速開通校園Teams帳號,查看所選課程是否正確以利開學後上線學習,相關操作說明請參閱Microsoft Teams 操作手冊【學生版】(或至靜宜大學首頁教務處教學發展中心放心教x安心學-靜宜大學線上教學資源專區安心學x學生專區查詢)。相關操作如需協助,請與資訊處教學資源中心或教務處教學發展中心聯繫。

四、註冊繳費

  1. 境外學生應於112212日前完成註冊繳費(含住宿費)及辦理選課,方為完備註冊手續。
  2. 疫區學生得以通訊方式或委託他人辦理請假、休學等事宜,或檢具相關證明辦理手續。

五、學生請假

  1. 學生(含延遲入境)確診,無法到校實體上課,至E校園服務網通報並透過線上課程持續學習,無須申請防疫隔離假。若因確診造成身體不適,以致無法進行線上課程,可申請「防疫隔離假」。
  2. 延遲入境之境外新生需搭機返台,以致無法進行線上課程者,請與國際暨兩岸事務處連繫申請「公假」事宜。
  3. 學生與確診者密切接觸(同寢室友、同住家人)或自國外返台入境,如有症狀無法實體上課,可申請「自主防疫假」,並與老師取得聯繫啟動線上學習。(學生請自主防疫假,仍需進行線上課程)
  4. 學生因確診或疫情導致之特殊狀況,於請假系統申請防疫隔離假(需同步完成疫調通報)、自主防疫假者,請假期間之缺課不列入當學期該課程之缺曠課紀錄,亦不扣減該科出席成績。

六、考試請假

考試請假從寬處理,並由教師自行決定補考方式。

七、學習補救

因應境外生延遲入境,部分課程提供同步或非同步之遠距教學(至多六週,324日止),課程相關疑問請聯絡所屬學系或教務處綜合業務組。

八、停課、復課及補課

  1. 有關停課、復課,悉依教育主管機關及中央流行疫情指揮中心之規定辦理。
  2. 停課後之補課:
  1. 維持一學分18小時學習內容,必要時由授課教師自行調整上課時間與方式。
  2. 各課程如因防止疫情擴散必須停課者,停課期間之課程,由授課教師與學生協商後,調整上課時間與方式,補足停課時數。

九、休學及延長修業年限

  1. 境外學生至遲應於112310以前入境,配合遵守7天自主防疫及篩檢規定並至本校就讀,逾期未至本校就讀者,學生得以通訊方式或委託他人,檢具相關證明文件向本校教務處綜合業務組申請休學,辦理休學者其已繳交之學雜費,依教育部「專科以上學校學雜費退費基準表」辦理,如需退費者,得保留扣抵下期學雜費
  2. 前款疫區限制來台之受災學生,因無法於本學期順利就學者,得個案專簽申請該學期休學不列入休學期數。

十、學校相關輔導協助機制

  1. 身心關懷機制:
    1. 由學生事務處住宿服務組、諮商暨健康中心、國際暨兩岸事務處等單位,針對具感染風險學生之身心狀況,進行評估與處遇,並視狀況轉介校外相關資源。
    2. 針對確診或密切接觸之學生,由諮商暨健康中心提供衛教資訊以及線上諮商或輔導服務,並視學生狀況,協同各系所、國際暨兩岸事務處及相關處室,提供學生所需之校內外資源。
  2. 學生服務機制:
    1. 上班期間,由各處室依據職責提供確診或具感染風險學生相關安心就學及服務資訊。
    2. 下班期間,由校安中心做為單一窗口,上班後校安中心將視學生諮詢問題及學生聯繫方式,依問題性質移請相關業管單位秉權責辦理。
  3. 學生隱私維護:

確診或密切接觸學生狀況及資料,除知會權責單位及主管外,相關資訊皆不透露給他人,以維護學生隱私。

十一、成績考核

考試請假從寬處理,並由教師自行決定補考方式,並視科目性質,調整以補考或其他補救方式核定成績。

  1. Selecting Courses and Taking Courses for the Upcoming Semester
  1. Start Date2023. February 13th .
  2. The first round of addition and withdrawal is scheduled for February 7-10, 2023 , and the second round of addition and withdrawal is scheduled for February 17-21, 2023. Please refer to the course selection schedule for the second semester of the 2023 academic year .
  3. Overseas freshmen who have delayed admission to the school, please activate the campus account as soon as possible, and take the initiative to keep in touch with the International and Cross-Strait Affairs Office, the department you belong to, and the instructor of the course to facilitate online learning.
  4. If you want to continue to study for a double degree overseas or participate in an internship, please contact each department and the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs(or the Office of Career Development and Industry Facilitation) to evaluate whether to retain or extend your qualifications.
  5. If students voluntarily request to go abroad for training or internship, please contact each department and the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs ( or the Office of Career Development and Industry Facilitation) to sign a statement of self-assurance for studying abroad /internship.
  6. Those who are unable to go abroad for internship or training, please choose courses online within the deadline for adding and withdrawing. If you do not reach the minimum credits or fail to take the required courses for the current period, please contact the comprehensive business team of each department and the Academic Affairs Office for assistance.
  7. Students must start from the class day (February 13 , 2023) and study according to the weekly teaching progress of the courses they are taking. If you have any questions, please contact the department you belong to as soon as possible.
  8. Students are required to activate university Teams account as soon as possible to check whether the selected courses are correct for online learning after the semester starts .   1. Registration and Payment
  1. Overseas students should complete the registration and payment procedure (including accommodation fee) and course selection before February 12 , 2023 to complete the registration process.
  2. For students from the epidemic -stricken areas , you may use other communication methods or entrust others to apply for leave, suspend school, etc., or submit relevant certificates to go through the procedures .
  1. Request for Leave
  1. Students (including delayed entry) who are diagnosed and unable to attend classes on campus, report to the E-campus network and continue to study through online courses, and do not need to apply for epidemic prevention and isolation leave. If you are unable to conduct online courses due to physical discomfort caused by the diagnosis, you can apply for "epidemic prevention and isolation leave".
  2. Overseas freshmen who have delayed entry and need to return to Taiwan by plane, so that they cannot take online courses, please contact the International and Cross-Strait Affairs Office to apply for "official leave ".
  3. Students who have been in close contact with confirmed cases (roommates, family members) or have returned to Taiwan from abroad, if they have symptoms and cannot attend physical classes, they can apply for "self-prevention leave" and get in touch with the teacher to start online learning. (Students are required to take self-prevention leave, and online courses are still required).
  4. Students who apply for epidemic prevention and isolation leave (requires synchronous completion of epidemic investigation notification) and self-epidemic prevention leave in the leave application system due to special circumstances caused by the diagnosis or the epidemic situation, the absence during the leave period will not be included in the absence record of the course in the current semester, nor will it be Deduction of attendance grades for the subject.

  1. Exam Leave

Exam leave will be lenient, and it is up to the course instructors to decide how to make up the exam.

  1. Learning Remedy

In response to the delayed entry of overseas students, some courses provide synchronous or asynchronous distance learning (up to six weeks, until March 24). For questions about courses, please contact your department or the Division of Registration and Curriculum of the Academic Affairs Office.

  1. Suspension, Resumption and Make-Up Classes
  1. Classes shall be handled in accordance with the regulations of the education authority and the Central Epidemic Command Center.
  2. Make-up classes after class suspension:
  1. One credit is maintained for 18 hours of learning content, and the teaching time and method will be adjusted by the teacher if necessary.
  2. If each course must be suspended due to the prevention of the spread of the epidemic, the course during the suspension period will be adjusted by the teacher and the students after consultation, and the class time and method will be adjusted to make up for the suspended hours.

IX. Suspension of Study and Extension of Study Period

  1. Overseas students should enter the country no later than March 10, 2023, complete the 7 -day self-epidemic prevention and screening regulations and study at the school. If they do not come to the school after the deadline, students can use communication methods or entrust others to provide relevant certification documents Apply for a suspension of study to the Division of Registration and Curriculum of the Academic Affairs Office. The tuition and miscellaneous fees paid by the suspended students shall be handled in accordance with the "Standard Table for Refund of Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees for Colleges and Above" issued by the Ministry of Education.
  2. The disaster-affected students who are restricted from coming to Taiwan from the epidemic area mentioned above, if they cannot successfully study in this semester, they are advised to apply for a suspension of school for this semester with a special visa, which will not be included in the number of suspensions.

X.  Other Counseling and Assistance Mechanisms

  1. mental care mechanism:
    1. accommodation service team of the Student Affairs Office, the Counseling and Health Center, the International and Cross-Strait Affairs Office and other units will assess and deal with the physical and mental conditions of students at risk of infection and refer them to relevant off-campus resources depending on the situation.
    2. For students diagnosed or in close contact, the Counseling and Health Center provides health education information and online consultation or counseling services, and depending on the status of the students, it cooperates with various departments, International and Cross-Strait Affairs Offices and related offices to provide students with necessary services. resources on and off campus.
  2. Student Service Mechanism:
    1. During the working hours, each department will provide information on safe study and service for students who are diagnosed or at risk of infection according to their responsibilities.
    2. During non-working hours, the security center will serve as the main contact window. During working time, the security center will evaluate the student's consultation questions and student contact information and transfer them to the relevant business management units to handle them accordingly.
  3. Student Privacy:

Except for notifying the responsible units and supervisors of the status and information of the students who are diagnosed or in close contact, the relevant information will not be disclosed to others to maintain the privacy of the students.

XI. Performance Assessment

Leave of absence for the exam will be treated leniently, and the course instructor will decide on the method of re-examination, and depending on the nature of the subject, grades will be adjusted according to the re-examination or other remedial methods.
